With the forced suspension of production in large car factories and supply companies, logically, there has been speculation about a fall in the market for industrial space. However, after the 2010 crisis, developers, owners and operators are prepared for further development. Moreover, the Czech office of the international consulting company, BNP Paribas Real Estate, did not notice either a drop in rent or a sudden increase in vacancies in distribution centres so far.
