By 2024, at least 850,000 sqm of modern A-class offices will be added to the range of office space in Prague. However, developers have already prepared projects with a capacity which exceeds 1 million sqm. The start of their construction depends on economic development and the strength of tenant demand.

Having 10 % of offices vacant can still be considered to be a healthy rate. Tenants who are expanding will once again have a choice of multiple options, and not just one or two as it is today. In addition, the pressure on rent growth will be eased, and developers will begin to evaluate the volume of planned projects so that, as demand falls, the vacancy rate does not increase further.
