The main news is the apparent recovery in the investment market following the slowdown associated with the two waves of the coronavirus pandemic. The half-year results show a 38% year-on-year increase, if we deduct last year's non-standard sale of the Residomo housing portfolio, with a value of €1.3 billion. In addition, we have visibility of a number of other transactions which should be completed in the coming months.
